Six years ago I was volunteering at a  local elementary school when I met another volunteer in a Kiwanis t-shirt. It didn’t take long to find out the details about Kiwanis Club of Lady Lake. Learning that kids are the focus of all Kiwanis projects, I knew it was where I belonged. My entire life has been focused on helping children thru church activities, diabetes youth camp, Girl Scouts, and schools in addition to being a grandmother and great-grandmother.
